Panjaa a good tale gone bad, the story is set on the backdrop of Kolkata and here lives Bhagawan (jackie) a dreaded don. He is protected by Jaidev (Pawan Kalyan), a sharp and agile henchman. On the other hand, Jaidev has got a nursery garden as well. His life takes a turn when he comes across Sandhya (sarah) and it is love for him. Meanwhile, Bhagawan's son Munna (adivi sesh) comes from abroad and he is arrogant, hyper emotional and impulsive. An incident occurs which leads to Munna killing Bhagawan's opponent Sampath's (sampath) son and that accidentally leads to Munna's death by Jaidev. Bhagawan wreaks revenge on Jai and what happens from there forms the rest of the story.
